Stayed in 5star hotel in Spain day before .and 4 star hotels and this Villa Louvre Lens is only hotel to have a box of tissue in room .lottle tings go a long way. Dont understand booking .com. Get genuis3 stay including breakfast and 20e off price first night .then want to rebook next and no free bees what so ever. Booking.com hard to contact directly. Impossible in facts

Lovely staff. Very attentive and helpful. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Superb pain perdu on our last morning. TV has Netfix, ideal as it poured for three days as we were there, so when sightseeing was done very helpful.

The bed was a large box spring with soft topper and very comfortable.

The staff was great and the breakfast was also good. Quiet and well located.
